GATE 01
Identity confirmed
Registered company name, registration number and a physical address we can verify independently.
Terra Tec Resources sources non-magnetic rare-earth oxides and refined materials for European industrial buyers. We verify producers, confirm export-licence status before you commit, and carry the documentation through to delivery.
Tell us your product, volume, delivery port, and contract type — spot or long-term.
We approach producers directly and check registration, export entitlement and licence status before introducing them to you.
FOB or CIF shipping to your nominated port, with full export-control and end-use documentation.
MATERIALS WE SOURCE
WHY IT GOES WRONG
Sourcing teams face volatile pricing, inconsistent material quality and very little visibility of where material actually came from. Terra Tec works directly with producers and carries the documentation end to end, so what arrives matches what was quoted.
SUPPLIER QUALIFICATION
Enthusiasm is not evidence. Every producer we consider has to clear the same four gates before a buyer ever hears their name.
GATE 01
Registered company name, registration number and a physical address we can verify independently.
GATE 02
A named export licence held, or written confirmation that none is required for that specific material.
GATE 03
Evidence of a prior export to Europe — a bill of lading, a port, or a customer reference we can check.
GATE 04
A Certificate of Analysis from a recognised third-party laboratory, not the producer’s own paperwork.
We log the reason and move on. No exceptions, no matter how good the price looks. That discipline is the service — the material is available from many places, the certainty is not.
FAQ
The things procurement teams ask first. If what you need isn’t here, ask us directly and you’ll get a straight answer.
A Certificate of Analysis confirming purity grade and composition, a Safety Data Sheet, country-of-origin documentation, and the export compliance paperwork the destination requires. Third-party laboratory reports and customs declarations can be arranged on request.
Some are. Since April 2025 China requires an export licence for samarium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, lutetium, scandium and yttrium, and for their oxides, alloys, compounds and magnet materials. We work primarily in materials outside that list. Where an enquiry is for controlled material, we establish the producer’s licence position before quoting — never after.
FOB or CIF to your nominated port. Freight coordination and the documentation package are arranged as part of the contract rather than left to you.
Terms are set per transaction and agreed in writing before anything is committed. Telegraphic transfer is standard in this trade. We will not ask you to pay against a producer whose licence and registration we have not evidenced.
No. Terra Tec is a sourcing intermediary. We do not mine, refine or warehouse material, and we say so plainly rather than implying otherwise. What we hold is the relationship with the producer and the paperwork that makes a shipment legal.
