CONTROLLED MATERIAL
Where a licence is required
Samarium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, lutetium, scandium and yttrium — and their oxides, alloys, compounds and magnet materials — have required a Chinese export licence since April 2025. That is a licensing requirement, not a ban.
We consider these enquiries case by case, and only progress where the producer’s licence position can be evidenced in writing. We will not quote a controlled material on the assumption that a licence will be granted.

01 — OXIDES

Supplied to your written industrial specification, with Certificate of Analysis, Safety Data Sheet and origin documentation on every shipment.

Lanthanum Oxide (La2O3)
Refined lanthanum oxide to specification. Lead times are confirmed with the producer before we quote, not after you have committed.
03 — CARBONATES
Mixed RE Carbonates
Mixed rare earth carbonates. Flexible volumes, provenance evidenced, and the full export documentation package on every shipment.
04 — SUPPLY
Spot and repeat supply
Single shipments to begin with, moving to repeat supply once both the material and the producer are proven. Terms agreed in writing before any commitment.
05 — LOGISTICS
Logistics & documentation
FOB or CIF delivery to your nominated port. We coordinate freight and assemble the documentation package that has to travel with the goods.
06 — CONTROLLED
Licensed material
